Dev Log 1: The Three Titans

“At first, there was nothing. Then, there was light. From the light came life, and from the shadow cast by life, consciousness was born. These three are named Nirvane, Sanguinar and Iudess.

With millennia, Iudess grew to hate the struggles of Nirvane and Sanguinar. Eventually, it destroyed them, scattered the light, and trapped the first life form.

Iudess sat alone in the void, the first time it would hear nothing, bothered by nothing, see nothing but the glints of Nirvane’s stars. With time, regret and sadness seethed its way into its mind. It now desired to quench the forlorn feelings, and channel them into creation.”

This is the myth that has been passed down since the first abyss lords were born of Iudess’ self butchering. Hundreds of cults have formed around this cause and it is a central theme of culture within Nirvana, the world of mortals.
